PROFESSIONAL LEVEL CRANE TRAINING FOR ALL CRANES.

This course will help you meet OSHA and ASME B30.2 requirements for training. Seasoned and Novice crane operators alike will benefit from the information concerning basic crane construction, rigging, crane controls, load swing and pre-operational inspections.

This course is a must for your Maintenance Departments Mechanical staff and provides standardized criteria to evaluate and correct structural, drive machinery and hoist problems on overhead cranes.

This popular 4 day course covers a wide variety of crane configurations. Participants receive a working knowledge of all pertinent regulatory agency requirements. This course is the same classroom as our course no. 819 but includes hands-on in our lab.

This course is highly recommended by all past participants. Students will learn trouble shooting practices and control setup theory in order to keep their P&H (TM) Static Stepless crane control at peak efficiency. Static Stepless is a solid state, secondary reactor control system for overhead cranes. This curriculum starts with motor control and basic magnetic theory then progresses through the specifics of the system.

This course will help your designated Mobile Crane Operator Trainer to understand their responsibities as an instructor. The course must be completed after taking our Mobile Crane Operator course (which precedes this course).
